En 2017, Econocom Factory lance la marque SMAAART repr\u00e9sentative des valeurs environnementales et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En effet, nous sommes convaincus que le meilleur d\u00e9chet, c\u2019est celui que l\u2019on ne produit pas et nous sommes engag\u00e9s pour maintenir l\u2019industrie et les emplois en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>NOTRE VISION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2040, les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre dues \u00e0 la fabrication d\u2019objets \u00e9lectroniques atteindront 6.7% contre 2% en 2019. En vue de cette situation alarmante, il faut agir. C\u2019est pourquoi SMAAART en reconditionnant des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones donne une alternative au renouvellement des terminaux qui a un fort impact sur l\u2019empreinte carbone. Notre entreprise propose des modules de formation de 400h en interne avec la SMAAART Acad\u00e9mie en collaboration avec la Mission Locale ou P\u00f4le Emploi pour donner une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 des personnes \u00e9loign\u00e9es de l\u2019emploi et en reconversion professionnelle. Enfin,&nbsp;notre entreprise cherche \u00e0 donner sa chance \u00e0 tout le monde sans discrimination d\u2019\u00e2ge, de sexe, ou encore d\u2019aptitude physique.
